Fast and instant setup.

We were prepared to do a lot of configuration work to get it working so we could all get back on the Net. Not so! We were super pleased that as soon as the AC3200 full booted, all of our devices were back on the Net, AND, it's so much faster than our old box.

Motorola for the win

The Netgear was troublesome and difficult to set up. I have always owned Motorola cell phones without any problems whatsoever. The Motorola modem / router is super easy to set up and the signal is strong throughout the house. I would purchase again.

Good combo modem/router

I haven’t had any issues with my wireless dropping off and I haven’t needed to reset it daily like the 2 year old modem it replaced. Only issue is that I wish the wireless range was better. This one is just able to supply my basic ranch style home.

I bought this because of the specs and thinking it’ll be better than my netgear ac1200. I have a studio apartment and it barely gets signal in the bathroom. Horrible. The application to set up was easy and had a great UI but changing settings etc was horrific. I couldn’t even change my wifi name successfully and kept dropping wifi even a few feet away. Not sure if I got a dud but it has been an horrible experience. Tried to use configuration (through IP web browser) to change settings for band/wifi settings and I had to change my SSID to 6 characters or longer although I had it shorter before. Can’t even change the admin password. Tried to factory reset to start over and it didn’t even reset. Can’t even remove this router from the Moto account to re-add. Such a pain. It was a bad experience. I’m definitely exchanging. Never again.
