Home Run Great Job on SECOND Visit to the Store!!

The sales tech. immediately recognized that the FIRST salesperson to assist earlier in the day sold me the wrong device! Two hours online trying to debug with the cable provider.......anyways, it worked out OK but I'm still MAD AS A WET HEN for having to make two trips out to consult with an "expert" (second fellow WAS the expert, thanks G_D!!)

After some struggling and a full day of insisting we didn't need an Xfinity tech to come out to us for a fee, somehow it miraculously started working. Ever since then, works like a charm. I do multiple Zoom meetings a day, stream shows, and do machine learning and haven't had any issues.

I had a netgear modem that just kept overheating. This Motorola modem is working fine and I’m pleased. The only bad thing was set up. It takes a few minutes for it to connect. Calling Motorola is useless because you are on hold forever. It’s best to have your ISP on the phone when setting up just in case
