Don’t waste your money.

It’s near impossible to get any sort of support for it. The in-app chat feature doesn’t work. There’s no phone support. Recently I ran into connection issues, Xfinity did some basic tests and determined the device was defective, apparently components of it (DOCSIS health) were “red”. There’s no way to get ahold of anyone for further advice. Don’t waste your money on this. Get something with actual support.

Something New For Something Old

I need to test it further with the upstairs part of the house, of course. I wish the power cord were longer, however.

Limited capability on Xfinity network

Not so good when trying to connect to Xfinity accessories. Experienced a variety of issues in maintaining connection to our 2nd Xfinity TV box. Unable to connect to our xFi pods as they only connect to Xfinity modem/router equipment.

Excellent product

Wish it had dual band but we have over 30 devices connected. We can live stream multiple devices and do gaming at the same time with no issues.
