I am having troubles logging into the Motorola control panel to reset the password. I logged in once and it locked me out saying 'too many failed attempts'. I called their support phone number, and no support agents are available. I emailed them and it did not go through. Now my wireless is open to any nosy neighbors. This is a high security risk product as they are non-responsive. Stay away from Motorola.

During an important zoom call, the internet signal was lost. After troubleshooting, exchanged the Motorola Modem/Router for the upgraded Motorola modem/router version.(More$$) A week later internet was dropped again during a zoom call, after hours of tech support, the Motorola modem/router was returned to Best Buy, and back with Spectrum equipment. -- Motorola App was glitchy as well. (Best Buy, Spectrum,Motoriola support waere very good.) I was hoping for a better expercince.

Way better connection and no issues setting up 5Ghz. I used to rent the previous one from Cable Company and this product is way better. Bought Netgear prior to this and returned it, I had issues connecting my extender to the 5Ghz bandwidth.

After one month all reports are good. Getting top speeds offered by my comcast plan and range is excellent. The app makes it easy to track what is on the network for security.

This thing is much stronger than I expected. I planned to use it as a router to connect to two hot spots in my house. I placed it in the basement but the WiFi from this by itself can cover the entire house. Not sure I need to setup the home network anymore.

Great value and works great. Wireless works great even in basement with the router placed upstairs in a room. Motorola makes great routers and this is definitely a very good product as the wireless is extremely fast.

We had the router provided by our carrier and it just wasn’t working for our needs. We purchased this router and now our internet service works great...no more constant buffering when we’re streaming our shows! I would highly recommend this router!

The Motorola MG8702 32x8 is impressive. I pondered the Arris Surfboard S33, and I leaned towards the Motorola reviews moreso because of stability! The speed is definitely the next factor! Have a test for yourself.

This modem/router was a great buy. In fact, it is the Best Buy! Best Buy associate assisted me and identified this device to satisfy my home WiFi demands. I recommend this device for anyone looking for a combo Modem-Router at an affordable price.

Setup was easy and coverage good. Drops every now and then. I feel like I’m not getting everything I need from this purchase.

This modem/router has been more dependable than the Xfi from Comcast. The minim app isn’t as good as the Comcast app. It is difficult to navigate and find settings to fit my needs.

This absolutely help speed up wifi in house, definitely a really good upgrade from what I had.. it's cheaper to buy both modem and router together,that's what I think anyways,and it's just one item to place instead of two

In the past I've always bought low/mid level routers and have never had problems with a single one of them. I moved to a large house and wanted to get a "deluxe" setup to have confidence in the internet setup. This is not it. You're throwing your money away buying this. I bought this in mid July 2021. Six months later its got a solid red power light. Its dead. In the meantime, I had weird network issues and Motorola support, while I must admit they do answer the phone, is completely worthless. Just got done setting up a Netgear AX6000. While much, much pricier its worked better in the hour I've been using it than this junk almost ever has. $300 down the drain. I'm never buying anything with "Motorola" in the name again.

Good all-in-one device but has a hardware limitation of 50 devices connected to the network at all times and a max of 1 network + 1 guest network with limited access.

The unit provides internet service for my computer and tv streaming. The previous homeowner had an unusual location to connect the wi-fi, but this is no problem for this device.

Sold me an open box and didn’t tell me. The setup took almost 3 hours. Should have gotten a Netgear.

Super easy to setup. All devices connect both by cat6 hardwired or wireless with no issues. This modem router operates much cooler and is handling a much higher bandwidth.

Well worth the extra money. The technician that did our install from the internet company remarked that this unit was a very good choice. Getting good results with unit and accompanying app.

We purchased this modem/router a few weeks ago and it’s been okay. It has cut out on us a few times but overall it’s working well.

I am able to work from home connecting to my office remotely wirelessly with this unit which I have never been able to do with any other unit.
