Setup was sub-par. You have to login to the app and a separate web app on the browser to be able to adjust your 2.4 and 5ghz networks. It’s all very confusing, not well documented and it doesn’t update right away so you’re not 100% sure it’s right until it’s finished verifying with no prompt that it’s finished.

The price is very good and it functions very well. Been using it for 9 months and i have no major issues about this gadget. I highly recommend this router.

Should be running at a gig but honestly this modem is kicking. 2 story house and lag out upstairs but what modem doesn’t? It’s performing well for now and as of now I would recommend it.

Lasted like 2yrs and died.no other issues will any other items...just router stopped working

The item was great for exactly 2 months and then just died, of course they won't let you return it and in this covid world i work from home can't be without one. I buy another one per best buy suggestion with the hope they Motorola would reimburse me and nope they don't do that. So $500 later 1 works the new one and the old one gets to collect dust.

Purchased this product on July 29, 2021. Good consistent internet speeds. Worked well… until it DIDN’T WORK AT ALL! November 2, 2021 I was watching tv when the internet went out. No lights at all on the modem. Went thru all the normal steps… checked outlet, plugged it into another outlet, etc. Nothing worked. Drove to my local bestbuy where I originally bought it. Maybe geek squad could help. It’s only 3 months old. Nope. I didn’t splurge and buy the additional warranty. Have to call Motorola and jump thru hoops. I’ll be without a modem for at least a week. First and last motorola modem I’ll purchase.

Needed this after lightning knocked out my previous router. It was easy to set up, and WiFi signal is strong throughout the house.

Seems to an issue with this or spectrum but has to be rebooted almost every day now

This worked great when I first put it in, but then noticed some of the features don't work. I had MG7700 prior to this & the user interface is basically about the same. On this model, there is no option to backup the config even though their documentation says it does. Also the IP filtering does not work. Tested several times to prove it does not work. Even Motorola support agreed. Finally, now I'm running into a problem where I constantly get a '503 Service Not Available' when I try to get to the router (I don't even get the login screen). I guess this is a fairly new model so there's not much to find on the internet. Aside from that the speeds are great. I wouldn't recommend getting this. You should look into a different model.

Best router combo over owned yet. Works exactly as needed unlike an Arris one I bought based on reviews and turns out there’s a class action suit on them or was.

it took more time to set up and I appreciated reading the other reviews to know what to research more, but it was worth it. works well and haven't had any issues

This product has many faults which Motorola Support cannot fix. I woould suggest spend your money some place else on another product. Motorola is owned by a Chineese and thyey could care less about product support.

works ok sometimes it has to be reset. Hooked up the modem to the tv with ethernet for better quality

I honestly don't know .. sometimes this thing runs good.. I have 1 gig speed and the fastest I've gotten with this modem is 400-500.. Cable company says it may be old wiring in apartment complex.. But the features of this modem is very nice.. I can limit the kids online use of using the internet.. I can determine how long I want to disable their devices, all withing my phone..

I have had the Motorola AC3200 for a few weeks now. It seems ok, but I consistently only receive around 500 mbps with the Comcast 1 gig internet. Hopefully speeds will increase because it should be more around 800 and have a stronger WiFi signal!

Works great as a modem but the WiFi signal is not near as strong. Still better then the home provided by sudden link

Excellent router + modem...have normally purchased Netgear but found this to be far superior in all aspects.

This product is working great so far, was delivered quickly and on time. I have Spectrum.

Never opened the package. Turns out I didn't need it for what I was doing. But was told it was one of the best to buy.
