Bought this to get rid of the Comcast monthly fee. I could not believe how easy it was to set up. Works great! I got faster speeds with this than the Comcast gateway. Definitely recommend!

The range is better than others I have used. Easy to install and durable. It made it through renovations in the house which involved moving it quite a few times. It got dirty and beaten but works great.

Really happy with this router. Works perfectly and saves money. Saved me money with Xfinity. Cheaper to buy your own rather than get charged each month.

Replaced and Xfinity unit with this to get rid of lease fee. Unit performing very well. Have had no range problems or any problems with more than one person streaming. Hookup is easy but the directions tell you that with Xfinity you can just hook it up yourself. but I found out that you will need to contact Xfinity Tech Support because the need to do something to activate it in their system for it to work.

I bought the router for my sister as she was paying $15 per month to 'rent' one from a cable whole-house company. I know that she is deathly afraid of anything "techie", so I knew she would keep paying the rental fee until I stepped in and did something. I talked with a Best Buy associate and she recommended the Motorola as it specifically fit her 'system'. Directions were great, set-up was a breeze and she has not had any problems with the new improved router. Now she only pays $10 per month to me. Just kidding!

Faster than the one Xfinity/Comcast was charging me $30.00 a month to rent. Very easy to setup using a smart phone. I was up and running within 30 Minutes of opening the box. Wish I had done this long ago.

Overall, This WiFi router/modem combo is wonderful because I don’t have to pay a monthly rental fee to Xfinity. It’s easy to set-up and offers both regular and 5G internet speeds.

I hate paying rental fees for equipment to internet and cable providers, s I took a flyer and bought my own Router/Modem. I had no trouble setting it up and getting connected with my WiFi and phone service.. It has been working like a charm for the last month. BTW, i am a 74 year old woman, so basically anyone can do this.

Owned it for years with no issues. It also has phone connections. So far, npo issues.

Works well without disruptions suffered by the modem/router it replaced due to an unreliable poer input on the latter. What I value most in equipment is reliablility.

this is the best investment I made. Save 15 dollars a month and works so much better then the one from Comcast. Easy set up took me less then 30 minutes no help from nobody bu my self. Am happy

After too many years paying 'rent' to Comcast I decided to buy a router. This Motorola router has been great. Easy to install (with the help of my daughter!) & up and working immediately. I even got through to Comcast in record time (less than 5 minutes!) so they could send their signal. The Best Buy salesman was a major help and who guided me to this model. I definitely recommend this Motorola especially if you have Comcast Xfinity. It's priced very reasonably and will amortize itself in less than a year.

We were looking for a interface to connect with our Comcast service to replace the one Comcast provided. It works well including our Comcast telephone service.

I purchased this modem because it was rated highly and it provided a hookup for phone lines. The modem was easy to set up and has performed as expected. The internet is fast. The price is somewhat high.

I was able to hook it up very quick and easy. I replaced the leased modem/router from comcast and the the motorola more than doubled the speed from what we were getting.

Nice modem and compatible with Xfinity but not capable of producing the high speeds I was hoping for. Says up to 1000MBS but I had read reviews that said it was really good for you to about 600 which is a little more than we got. A lot depends on the wiring in your building and , if you’re living in a condominium complex as we are, how many others are using the Xfinity service. I returned this and bought the big brother MT8733 which can provide Gig plus speeds and WiFi is rated at up to 4800 MBS at 5Ghz but all dependent in the speed coming in to the device.

This new remote is handy to track my remote which gets covered by blankets or falls off the bed and bounces under the bed, or gets left in another room. It beeps and there it is.

Was easy to set up. It has excellent capabilities so it will last a long time and support higher speed internet and eventually save me money from having to rent from Xfinity.
