I've had this device since 2019 and have zero issues with it. It works great with my Lennar Home that had the "everything included" offering. My Ruckus Unleashed switch connects into this and from there to my APs. I have Xfinity and pay for 300mbps down. I consistently receive 250+ mbps on wifi devices with this setup. The WiFi band on this device is weak but I use the Ruckus APs instead.

If you have Comcast this device should perform flawlessly. I have a a two level and for the first time since I'd had Comcast Im gutting the speed I was promised this modem/ routergives you grest wifi service and home phone. It ws simple to hook up and activate about 15 minutes no more rental fees er

Setup was easy. This works with comcast/xfinity voice systems (phone), cable, and wireless all in one. I am so happy

Was tired of paying comcast for rental equipment. This was the 1st thing I purchased outright. In hopes of eliminating rental fees. Pretty solid gateway. In the few months Ive had it, only had to reboot twice. Could have been comcast issue for that. Wifi is desemt. Not super fast but for the intended purpose of eliminating the equipment retal fee, its definitely doing a good job. ROI still a ways off from breaking even. But really no regrets. This was a worthwhile purchase.

Excellent Equipment! I have used the cable company equipment for years. In the last year, I went through 3 of their routers! Say what? My internet was a nightmare!! Their tech support was the one that suggested for me to get my own Router. Never even thought to do it - and I am a techie. This Motorola Dual Band works like a dream! I will never go back to using a Router but one I own.

Great combo of WiFi and modem. No extra cables and easy to control through App.

Good internet speed on both band 2.4 and 5g. Small foot print can hide easily and easy to setup.

Improved wifi coverage in my home vs the comcast issued router

This modem is much faster than what Xfinity has provided to us. It will pay for itself since we are no longer renting a modem. We had to contact Xfinity to get our alarm system to work. We needed to get a separate netgear router for our alarm system.

Excellent router work great! Saves money not having to rent router from cable company.

Got this to replace a 6 year old unit that was only pulling 200 MBpS when I am paying for 600 MBPS. I upgraded to this with xfinity internet and now am pulling 450 MBPS. Not sure if there are settings to tweak to get what I am paying for or if Xfinity is not delivering my full speed. Either way, worth the money and the speeds are fast enough.

Great replacement to old cable modem that died due to a power outage caused by lightening.

Modem works great. Set up was hard. Xfinity couldn’t find the MAC address to activate.
