On the larger side for size-wise, but sturdy for a load of TV, Internet, and phone service. I had to have two phone lines, and this fills that job. Icons are brightly lit and easy to read. This modem-router covers my 1400 sq. foot home. My office is two rooms away and my printer and laptop work fine. On the pricey side but about average when compared to other market outlets. This will cut any rental fees I might have paid out with my current plan by about $100+ in savings. I never give anything an "Excellent" until it's been in use for a bit longer. So far, so good.

Excellent speeds out of the same internet I already had. With this Pandemic my family is using internet more than ever, meetings, school, birthdays over google meets. This has allowed everyone on devices at the same time and great speed! Really love this product.

Had been considering getting rid of Comcast rental modem for a long time. Wanted to buy a sealed package from a reputed seller only - not ebay or Amazon or a used one from a private seller. Worked fine and easy to set up with my original configuration - no need to change anything on any devices on Wi-fi.

We purchased this Motorola router/modem after our Zoom router/modem suddenly stopped working. It was so easy to set up and we love the 5G capability. We've noticed significantly faster internet and phone speeds and have had no connection issues, plus you can't beat the price. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Just what I needed to use Xfinity instead of renting their products.

The item is well made and reasonably priced, however Comcast does not make it easy to switch to this modum. It took 3 days and several hours on the phone with Comcast to finally getting to work partially, then I gave up and returned the item. I would only recommended to very savvy people.

Purchased this item to replace the one from comcast. It is working great. It took some time to get it up and running because comcast tech did not put in all of the ID numbers correctly at first. once installed it is functioning great. Should have done it sooner!

This modem saved us a lot of money from our cable company of whom was charging us to rent theirs monthly. Works perfectly with every device it is connected to. The only drawback is that you will need a good router if you have other mainstream systems such as security systems or gaming.

Things are working seamlessly. Great price too. Very pleased.

We were paying Comcast to lease their router (for way too long). When the old router malfunctioned a neighbor suggested we purchase our own. We went to Best Buy, got great assistance from the sales people and from the moment it was connected - trouble free Internet & WiFi!

This model started out rocky with quite a few modem resets required to maintain signal. In its defense, we had switched up Providers at Same time, was not sure if that was also a cause of issues. After about 2 months of use it has quieted down. The modem delivers good signals both Ethernet and quality wireless. It is easy to set up.

Purchased Samsung TV for our guest room. Wanted a Smart TV with a clear, sharp picture, and reasonable price. TV was easy to setup with the Samsung APP and we are satisfied with its performance so far. We have no reason to believe that the TV will not continue to perform well for us.

Took a bit to set up. But once going it works well. I docked it one star since the first one I bought was a failure out of the box and required multiple calls to Comcast and finally to Motorola to figure that out. The return was easy and the new one works great. Kudos to Best Buy for making the exchange process easy!

I purchased this to stop paying $13/month to Comcast for their router! I get more network and telephone ports, which in these days of work from home, come in very handy! There are no issues with slow speed or buffering, so I'm quite happy with this item.

Router has good range great value and connects to all devices with ease

We get much better wi Fi signals. We have a lot of computers and laptops and five smart phones. We also have three TVs with cable and Netflix . Before we bought this modem we were always losing the signal now we are not

I love this Modem/Router. I needed something to replace the modem given to me by internet provider while still getting to use my landline. This has been great, and I would Highly recommend for anyone to save on those monthly equipment rental fees.
