Works well with XFINITY. Sure beats the rental fees charged by Comcast. Easy set up but the situation with Comcast was difficult. Took several half hour or so.

After going through hell with trying to get netgear to work, I decided to give this a shot. I was surprised that the wireless reach was strong enough to cover my three floor home without a need to worry about any additional router and yes, it worked well with comcast internet without any problem. Pretty much plug and play. The built-in router feature is a huge cost savings. I am very happy with this purchase!

Fairly easy to install and get it connected to Comcast. Interesting to note though that when I had it transmit on the 5g band the signal through out the house was fair but when on the 2.4g it was good.

After I set it up everything works great! Now I'm saving $14.00, off my cable bill each month, instead of paying that amount to rent one. These cable companies keep making increases on your cable bill.

Replaced my Comcast modem, as I was being charged about fifteen dollars per month fee, this is an excellent replacement and supports the high speed internet, land line telephone, streaming and cable.

The router works well, the range on it is very good, sometimes one of my laptops doesn't connect (but I suspect its the laptop issue). All other devices connect easily, including devices such as my water sprinkler control which is outside.

I wanted to save on my cable bill so I decided to purchase this modem/router combo. It will pay for itself in a few months. It was easy to install with clear instructions and it booted up quickly. The only thing that I don’t like is that I can’t change the username and password. I have to use the ones that Motorola “assigned” me. Other than that, this is a compact, nice-looking modem/router. Recommend.

Was relatively easy to set up by my self, it did take a long time to activate but that could have honestly been my internet providers fault.

I am not tech savvy at all, but this modem was really easy to use. I had my wireless and phone up and running in 15 minutes. Looking forward to saying money off my Comcast bill-this will pay for itself in less than a year

Very functional. Good TV cable reception, no problems (comcast). Same can be said for the comcast phone line, which handles a telecaption phone easily. The internet fast for family of 2 anyway, should handle more easily I imagine.

Product exactly as described. I have Xfinity internet and it was easy to set up and I have not had any problems at all. Would highly recommend to anyone who does not want to pay for renting modem.

Product delivers exceptional performance over the Comcast rental unit. It can stream movies, handle video games, multiple laptops and i-phones all at once, all while handling multiple Google wireless devices.

I've had this for a month now and have had no problems. Installation was easy as was the conversion from my ISP modem to my personal modem. Both Motorola and Xfinity had helpful support. Voice function works fine also.

I purchased this a few hours ago, came home and setup was very easy Had internet right away I now have internet in parts of my house I never had before Fingers crossed it stays this was Very satisfied so far

Probably could be a "5" - easy set up out of the box. Only issue is slow recognition with Xfinity/Comcast, still with visibility issues after a couple of weeks. Likely a Comcast issue, not the router.

Finally took action to lower our Comcast monthly bill by owning a key piece of internet and voice hardware. Read the reviews, selected this Motorola router/modem, ordered from Best Buy (great service and delivery!) and bravely unboxed it and pulled the plug on the old Xfinity box. Setup was straight forward and required no phone call to get it registered. The user interface is intuitive and easy to check connected devices, change passwords, make custom network changes. Have had it connected for one month with no network outages or required resets. Very satisfied with the decision to purchase this product.

Maximized my internet speed to match with my service provider. Everything is moving faster, I can now enjoy streaming movies and my son can enjoy playing his video games without slow dragging.

Transitioned almost seamlessly from Xfinity rental modem/router. Do not follow simple set up card in box for connecting to your broadband provider. Use the app and check your providers site for info on connecting an approved modem. If you have a gig connection and no voice service, this is not the modem for you. I "limp by" with 350 mbps and this modem can go up to 600 mbps. So perfect fit for me since I still voice service and it provides the phone jacks. I have had it for one month and only needed to reset it once. That was the morning after I notified Xfinity that I had switched.

Great product, easy set up & perfect alternative to monthly payments with local internet company! Pay ahead and delete monthly payments!

Setup was incredibly easy, just follow the instructions and you are good to go. Only snag was on Comcast’s end activating the equipment...they are horrible, had nothing to do with this unit.
