It ia working very well. I had a little problem getting it set up because comcast wrote the wrong number down

It was a very easy transition. Set up was relatively quick and it seems to be working quite well. Saving me a ton of money in the long run, as I had been leasing from Comcast for over ten years.

I bought this for my sister so she doesn't has to rent a modem from Xfinity, this is not as fast as the model MT7711 that I own, but it's easy to configure and the baud rate is exceed the service that she has.

We have voice service in addition to internet, etc. through Xfinity. This modem works well with our services and was easy to install and connect to Xfnity.

Great speed and works great with Xfinity Semi frustrating to set up need help from Xfinity tech support. Was disappointing signal distance strength. Would buy again overall happy with it.

Easy to set up, no issues so far. Could have gone for less, but availability was an issue. This one allows for growth in devices and possible streaming/video/game increases.

I decided to purchase my own equipment for my Comcast triple play subscription. The equipment is easy to set up and working with Comcast to add the new equipment is a breeze. Would highly recommend this product.

Great product! I now save $14.00 monthly by not having to pay for Xfinity box rental. It also has 2 ports for my phones. More versatile than more expensive brands.

This router is providing our family with fast internet and streaming connections at a fraction of the cost of renting a modem from Comcast. I only regret not purchasing this sooner!

Awesome! Glad I made the purchase !! Cutting cost with my cable company bought my own router! I could of been bought my own for as much as I paid to rent over the last dozen years!!

What a great alternative to renting from the cable. This modem works with the "triple play" most of us have. It really took some homework to get everything to work but in the end it works great. Its slick footprint is hardly notible. One word of advice. Before installing, take it to your cable provider's retail store. Something needs to be activated by them. It cannot be done by phone. Despite the activation issue, I find that this modem is wonderful and recommend everyone to start frying up the cable pigs and save you some dough!

The unit was very easy to set up, contacted Comcast and they did the rest. There is 2 telephone line jacks. So, if you have an answering machine or fax you will need a telephone splitter.

Modem has been working great with Xfinity services (notice even better performance than with Xfinity modem)! Was able to setup relatively easily. Nice saving the monthly Xfinity fee.

We were renting the very latest modem router combo from the cable company but was still slow and disconnected a lot This is much faster and more stable

Easy set-up. My purchase of this unit was to get Xfinity Voice support (to receive telephone calls via Xfinity cable, rather than ATT&T phone line). Voice quality is excellent. The router/modem is as good as the NetGear unit that I purchased only 7 months ago. Installing a battery will allow the unit to keep functioning during a power outage. Oh, why didn't I purchase the NetGear version of this Motorola? It costs $100 more than the Motorola!

I bought my own instead of paying $14/month for Comcast’s. I had to call and have a tech connect to mine, but that’s it. Works perfectly. Make sure to use your exact network name and password.

Works like a charm. Xfinity/Comcast had difficulty on their end getting this configured on their end, however the problem was on them not this unit. Worth the cost - no more rental fees!

After seeing that a previous model was incompatible with my mom’s existing cable service, exchanged it and found that this one works great!
