I bought this to replace my Comcast router about 5 months ago. I am older and still have a house phone. Works as it should. Easy to set up.

Works well, easy setup, I use the VOIP phone ports it has, and I have better wireless in my home than the Comcast issued one. It is also good to eliminate the rental fee.

So far so good. Set up was easy. I tried using the Xfifnity app, but it failed and said the text them (there was a link on the app). Xfinity called me back in less than 5 minutes! They finished the set up in short order. Ran into some connectivity issues while on the 2.4 gHz frequency with my printer. Went to 5 gHz and everything has been fine. 5 is faster than 2.4, but doesn't go through walls as well, but seems to be working fine. Another thing I noticed was that while being connect on WiFi with my phone, I sometimes have to disconnect and reconnect to get faster response. Not sure if it is my phone needing a reboot/WiFi reset or the modem. I hope this helps someone if they are troubleshooting.

Purchased this product to eliminate paying Xfinity rental charges for the one they provided. The set up with the plugins was easy. The hard part and what took forever was getting Xfinity to activate it.

This router/modem was set up during the time our new desktop was being set up. I guess it works fine. Of course with a new computer things seem to be going much faster.

My Motorola Cable Modem and Wifi Router has been great, easy to set up and install in no time!

Plugged it up and called Comcast. It was up and running within a few minutes and Ive had perfect internet ever sense. Cant recommend this enough. Its worth the little extra

I was debating on purchasing my own modem or renting, but went with purchasing my own. Found that the Motorola we purchased was better than what we would get from Comcast and would pay for itself in a year and a half. This modem has four data outputs and is phone capable, it was a great purchase.

Very easy to install to my xfinity service. Didn’t need to call them or anything I just used the app on my iPhone and it was really easy. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent for Wifi and Comcast/Xfinity only home phone service. Thats what we use it for but probably fine for cable service too. Reasonable price for a combo Modem/router.

I have been renting a modem from Comcast for $15 a month for years. What a waste of money! This is faster than the one from Comcast!

We had been discussing if we should purchase our own modem and after speaking with a local cable company we decided to move forward with and now we are saving more by doing so.

Setup was fast and problem free. Since this is a Comcast recommended router/modem/telephony device it automatically set up with no technical support calls. I've had it for about a month problem free so far.

Offers 5g which with my other devices just smokes. Do not register with your internet provider they like to meter your connection. Very easy to set up and nice to have the 5g ability.

I bought this to replace my leased router and dropped my comcast bill by $10 per month. I heard it was going up to $11 per month and I said I was done paying them. The router is awesome and it has phone ports as well.

Bought this router when we switched to Comcast triple play with a land line. Easy to set up, plug and play. A bit expensive with the phone line option, but will pay back soon vs. renting one.

The unit was very easy to set up and the folks from Comcast got my phone service and internet going easily. The WiFi range is over twice that of my old Motorola unit. Overall very satisfied.

We had a prior Motorola & it worked for more than 10 years. We were upgrading to a faster internet & wanted a newer modem. This one has a lot of connections in the back & works great.
