Good cable modem / router combo

A little difficult setting it up, and occasionally have to restart it (once every few months), but overall works well and nice having everything in one device as long as you don't need maximum wifi range. We needed the Comcast voice support (phone line) which was a major influence on the purchase decision. Not too many modems have it.

Comcast router/ modem

So I found this at Best Buy and felt it was time to upgrade. So far it’s been excellent , no lag on gaming, web surfing , streaming and I have 6 devices up at one time . So I’d recommend it . That being said it was a pain in the rear to set up. You actually have to call Comcast and they have to activate it on their end. Took about 35-40 mins to set up.
