Note the backup battery is NOT included. If you want your phone service to continue during a power failure, you'll have to spend about $50 for the battery.

Great Product, frustrating setup with Comcast
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product, but make sure you call Comcast in order to setup your device, and STAY ON THE PHONE WITH COMCAST until you have internet/wifi. I had to call Comcast and Motorola multiple times until I finally figured out that Comcast failed to establish/fix my IPv4 address. Once I called them back, the problem was solved within minutes.
