I spoke with a representative at Motorola and after trouble shooting when concluded that I got a defective device. I will be exchanging this own. I do not recommend if you do not have the phones service because it will have more options then needed.

Perfect Router Modem for Triple Play buddle

I don’t have delinquent accounts. I know when I made this purchase my credit was questioned. I still don’t understand why, since u have been sending me “discounts” continually. Since I left with my purchase, I have heard nothing - except ads, etc Please forward this to whoever handles accounts Thank you
