||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well with comcast xfinity and includes 2 Landline phone jacks. however the Wifi range of distance is limited. Be sure and rest the router and update the firmware once you get the unit home. Updating the firmware is important because there are usually many firmware updates that become available from the time the unit was manufactured until the time you actually purchase it.

It could have worked

It looks like a really great MODEM with wonderful features, but the one flaw in my set up is I have wireless TV boxes and those only work with the rented MODEM from Xfinity (at this time). So, this MODEM would work, handily, for me if all of my boxes had been wired with coax. I think this is a way Xfinity locks people into renting their equipment.

Easy setup but not as easy for me as implied. Had a few connection problems with desktop and slow connecting to internet -Slower than the Gateway I just replaced
