Push the reset button with paperclip

If you have a problem setting it up ( WiFi), use a paper clip to push in the reset button. Called Comcast and they couldn't help me. They referred me to Motorola and the agent knew exactly what to do. Push the reset button. Works great!

In over a month of usage I've never had any dropped connections either on the Wi-Fi or the voice line. I work from home and do a lot of conference calls but now I never have to use my phone to dial in. Should've gotten this much sooner!
