It is an excellent product that is slim enough to fit on the shelf of the table next to my DVR and video game systems and does not stand out in the room. Product works well, no issues. Would highly recommend this to others rather than renting one from Xfinity

This router/modem generally provides a great WiFi signal. We use it with Xfinity service and are able to stream in any part of our home. Occasionally, devices lose the signal even the hard wired PC. However, that could be an Xfinity issue, I can’t tell.

Went from a Netgear to the Motorola. I needed it to be able to handle more devices. It does that well. But the setup and interface compared to the Netgear is drastic. It took way longer then any other router to get setup and the interface is really clunky. But again once setup it works well.

A good choice if you don't need the extra functionality of a separate router and modem combination and need the phone jack for a land line. It was a little tricky getting my network printer set up properly but the issue might have been my software or the printer itself.

I had no issues connecting the wifi. You will need to contact the provider to provide them with the modem number. I did have issues connecting the phone line. Xfinity had to send out a tech - all he had to do is send another connection signal and it worked.

Quite a bit of buffering, especially in the middle of a good show. Just recently started using it, after returning my cable boxes and router to my carrier. Basically, that's an issue for me, right now. No other issues to report, at the moment.

We recently switched to xfinity and this router is working very well. It’s working with 3 TV in the house, each through a Roku stream stick

Xfinity service tech had no issues setting up the service with this modem. Data transfer speed is excellent & voice calls sound great. Added bonus - battery backup that I originally used on ATT modem is completely compatible with this modem so no need to purchase additional.

This is the perfect router + modem that I needed for 600 mbps Comcast service...covers main house and the granny studio, almost 5000 sq feet . No issues so far.

One of the best purchases. This is recommended specially if you are planning to have comcast as a service provider. The saving its about $13 /pm which just makes sense to buy this product. I havent had any issues with this unit and going on 4 months.

Simple set up but did need to contact Comcast to add voice functions back on. So far happy with the performance. I chose this over the Arris Docsis 3.0 with voice due to its higher speed WiFi. So far stable connections to internet.

Very reliable router and modem combo. Good price so you don't pay Comcast rental fees over a long period of time. Setup took a while and I had to research some of the settings to understand them. Great product though, I recommend!

Because of the ever increasing of the Comcast bill we purchased the Motorola Router/Modem to eliminate the monthly fee from Comcast. Should have done it a long time ago and saved a lot of money.

My old router failed off and on and was very frustrating. I love this new Motorola and it is dependable and works all of my internet, TV and voice attachments

Its just ok as a wifi and telephone router. Pricey for what it offers. It has terrible software interface. For ex. java script on the admin page is so messed up that you have to pull a tooth to change password. The admin features are below average, you cant release a device from dhcp. You CANNOT refresh to show active devices. Offline devices are shown as active. If you assign manual IP to a device, it messes up the device names and status in dhcop. Overall a terribly written software. Why does it NOT have the hardware switch to turn OFF wifi as in the other Motorola modem routers?

No issues so far with the product. However Comcast keeps trying to tell me that I need a new router because this one isnt covered. Annoying. Because it is labeled as a comcast router.

Got this for my new Xfinity service with voice over using their rental. Everything it promises is there. Great out of the box and extends my wifi service beyond all earlier units. Very pleased. Would buy again and recommend for use with Xfinity.

I bought this router/modem because I had a motorola router 2 yrs ago and was impressed by it's power. The second reason was because I wanted to save $13 a month on my Xfinity bill. And third, I wanted a stronger signal on the second floor. The only disappointment was the signal strength possibly because of the materials which make up these walls.I will be buying an extender to hopefully fix the signal problem.

We were so far behind with our internet technology that we finally decided to bundle phone, internet and cable Worked out great and this modem is perfect for this type of bundle with the phone ports.

I bought this same modem 4 years ago and that one started going bad, Wi-Fi started constantly loosing connection. It’s a great modem/router so I bought the same one and I’m back up to speed and a rock steady connection.
