It’s doing its job! When we switched providers we got our own cable router modem instead of renting one. It handles our phones and streaming services with no issue. Best Buy was very helpful in choosing this model for our needs.

I actually didn’t want a modem router combo, it is WAY better to get an ac3200 level router and a separate modem. You will be amazed at the speed and strength of doing two separate. However, we did a phone plan and needed the phone piece. Everything works well.

I bought this same modem 4 years ago and that one started going bad, Wi-Fi started constantly loosing connection. It’s a great modem/router so I bought the same one and I’m back up to speed and a rock steady connection.

My old router failed off and on and was very frustrating. I love this new Motorola and it is dependable and works all of my internet, TV and voice attachments

works perfect with xfinity internet,phone,and cable. My wifi is actually faster with this modem/router. You must call xfinity to switch over they have to register the serial number in order for it to work.

Needed to upgrade the internet when kids and parents were all home for school and work. The bandwidth on this is great to handle multiple devices: gaming systems, smart TVs, laptops, phones, and tablets.

This modem is a great replacement to get rid of your monthly lease. The phone line was a must for me, and it’s built in DDOS protection is great for gaming as well. Overall a solid product.

I'm so pleased with this router/modem. I no longer have a monthly rental and the product is working like a charm. It's a win-win and everyone who wants to save should get one.

Router was easy to set up. Speed is not as advertised, but I don't know if that is an issue with the modem or with Comcast's service. Also, I have noticed some connectivity issues. But again, I don't know if it's an issue with the modem, necessarily.

Good product! Happy with performance. No issues so far works great! I had to call Xfinity but after it was setup is just fine.

Purchased this along with Eero 6 mesh system. All works perfect together. Fast and consistent wifi throughout house and exterior. And bonus is not paying Xfinity modem fees each month.

I replaced the Xfinity X-FI modem with this one. It has better wi-FI range and was easy to install. The only hassle was 30 minutes with Comcast to register it and get the phone working.

Bought to replace xfinity router/modem. Saving 14 dollars plus fees! a month Works just as well as the xfinity. will pay for itself. This model also has phone capability which is great for people that have a landlines.

The setup although theoretically easy took at least an hour. It will drive you to register with xfinity as part of the process. Things did not seem to work at first but ultimately phone internet and tv activated

Don't you just hate the Comcast monthly rental fee for their moden. Since they upgraded their mode to the voice activated X1, there was no alternative until now. Works great. Can't tell any difference in reception.

This works well. Has more than I need (like voice) but was a good price. Had to hard-wire my laptop because it seemed like the wifi was spotty - but my TV rarely seems to stall while streaming

I was real excited to try my own router and stop paying rental fees to big cable. Was very easy to install and activate. In the end the speed was not as fast as the xfinity router I had. Ran the WiFi speed test several times but it was about half or less as fast. Was disappointed, because in order to achieve the speed desired I would have to purchase several higher end components totaling at least $500. I ended up returning this and going back to Comcast to get their xFi router.

I bought this to replace the leased modem from Comcast and it really is a better unit as it is stronger and I get better wifi coverage plus it has the jacks for the "home phone".

Purchased this to avoid the rental charges of the Xfinity modem and this is actually better than i thought it would be because of the extra ethernet ports that the Xfinity model didn't have and since i have voice service, this makes it worth while!

Have only been connected for a month, so far so good. Internet, cable and phone seem to be working fine. Concerned if cable company starts changing their system settings with 5G on the horizon.
