Worked well for me and had to get customer support from Comcast to complete the installation. Comcast has to change some settings on their end. Will save on Comcast monthly payment.

After making two Trips to BEST BUY and researching different products available for Comcast on You Tube I felt this Motorola Dual Band Router modem was my best Purchase

Bought this to replace my old modem/router. Pleased with the 2.4G/5G dual band support which provides great speed and connectivity. But it would have been a greater value if it came with a backup battery.

I just have bought at least 5 of these by renting from Comcast. It was easy to figure out which to buy and it’s been working great for over a year now.

Awful router. I bought this product and it worked for about 60 days then it never worked again for more than a day. It literally worked up until I couldn’t return it anymore. I contacted manufacturer and they couldn’t figure anything out or return the product. I switched to ATT fiber

In an effort to cut costs, I decided to purchase my own router rather than rent from cable provider. So glad I did. Connection was so easy and quick. Have not had any issue to date.

Was actually recommended by Comcast to avoid rental charges from their similar unit. So we purchased this and set it up in record time. It works perfectly fine. No complaints.

The combo modem/router works well. It is saving me $15/mo on the rental unit from Xfinity. Provides good coverage thruout the house.

This modem was easy to replace our old one with. They make it easy for older people to do this. I am not very tech savvy but I had no problems getting ours working

This was a great purchase. Not only do I own my router, I do not have to pay the cable company the monthly fee of $13.70 per month. However, it is a tad bit loud but it is very powerful!

Does what it’s supposed to. Had some glitches in the beginning and it doesn’t seem as smooth as my original router. Could be user error.... perhaps not. WiFi seems a bit more powerful.

Bought this to make certain my mother in law could get good stable internet with few problems. A bit pricy but hopefully will be worth it! So far - so good.

Bought to replace Comcast rental unit. Works great. Other than activating through Comcast. Easy hook up. No noticeable difference in quality of signal. Will pay for itself in no time.

Wouldn't buy it again just not strong enough......

I purchased this Modem and took Xfinity back their modem. Saved me $30 a month off my Xfinity bill. Haven't had any problems thus far
