BEST BUY SALESMAN MADE ME BUY THIS FOR MY NEW FIBER OPTIC BEING INSTALLED SAYS DOES EVERYTHING AND TOP ONE THEY SALE, DOESNT WORK ON FIBER OPTIC AND WASNT DESIGNED FOR FIBER OPTIC.HE WAS WRONG WELL THEY RESCHEDULED AND BROUGHT MY NEW FIBER OPTIC ABOUT A MONTH LATER AND WHEN I FOUND OUT BEST BUY SAID OH WELL YOUR TOO LATE TO RETURN, NOT OUR PROBLEM.

Great modem and router for Comcast Customers

Better than the modem Comcast provided. Easy to setup. You will have to call Comcast to have them link to account. Tried doing it on their app but it didn’t work. The call took about 15 minutes to get it to work. That’s the Comcast aspect of this and nothing to do with this modem. Like that my bill is now 15 dollars cheaper since I don’t have to pay rental fees anymore.
