Not the best

IT WILL NOT SUPPORT the High end package (1000mbs) so because of that I had to return this to the store.

Great for close range but anything longer than 8-10 feet away and you quickly lose signal. Also, can't hardwire an Xbox as it does not work.

Modem disappointment

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this on the advice of Trumbull staff (Optimum is the major service provider in this area), only to find out it will NOT work with Optimum Voice, after having online support and in-person support from Optimum try to address the problem. It takes time to get a home service call. Now my 30 days has expired. I contacted Motorola support and they said I'm out of luck. So I have an expensive device that doesn't serve all of my needs. I rely on the in-store expertise to point me in the right direction. Definitely didn't work out in this case.

However, I often lose the connection to the internet and have to turn the modem off and back on to make a connection. This is frustrating when trying to get to a remote meeting on time.
