    Converting to new modem not difficult. Xfinity had to come to the house to check & finalize the hook-up & check all connections because there are times when there is a two sec. pause in trans-mission of tv programming.

    It was impossible to connect with Xfinity. Was on the phone with Xfinity for over 30 minutes and they couldn’t connect it.

    I bought this to run 1gig xfinity internet, but download speed is only 200 mbps. According to Xfinity tech support, I need a DOCSIS 3.1 to better use their 1gig internet speed. Going to return.

    Hard to configure with my VOIP service. Eventually got it working but it took 4-5 attempts..Needs to be reset once a week it seems. I need to keep a small fan blowing on it to keep it cool.
