Not really please with the performance it seems to be a lil slower at times may just give to family member and get a larger one due to the fact i have alot of devices in my house

Unfortunately, I had to return this item due to that fact that its hardware couldn't handle my landline phone requirement.

It’s fast on some days and others not so good. Not sure what or why but when I do a speed test that always comes back good. I’m thinking maybe its all the xfinity cell phone users jamming up my signal. Xfinity with their games on my dime.

router lasted about two weeks after i got it hooked up.

Modem works well. But the wifi is not great. Only got around 30-120 mbps but my plan is 1200 mbps. If you connect through a ethernet cable and not the wifi it gave me around 600 mbps though.

The wifi on this Motorola Dual Band Router was not strong enough. I would constantly have issues while watching tv with the screen freezing up for short periods of times. It would get frustrating because you would miss parts of the movie or show do to this constantly happening. Unfortunately I had to return the router and I purchased a double Linx wifi box set for 2 rooms and a seperate modem for the internet. I am very pleased with my new purchase and I would advise others that the wifi/router combination will not always be the best choice.

Worked great for a few weeks, then something happened to the phone line for voice, everything else is just fine but replaced phone line and it still doesn't work

We bought this modem to replace the xfinity one that we currently pay a monthly fee for. Unfortunately the speed with this one was terrible and we kept losing signal.

Good modem to have so I do not have to rent a modem from Xfinity & save a little each month on my bill. Downside is my internet speed is slower now & sometimes my internet connection drops now.

Definitely worth the money. I purchased this router/modem combo with phone jack and have been using for about a month now. Very reliable peoduct.

As it turned out, the modem cannot be used with AT&T which we had to go with where we moved to. I had to return it and lease an AT&T modem.

Needs to be placed near the phone and needs two phone jacks. One for the phone, the other for the voice modem

I was out $250+ for modem. Then found I had to spend another $100 to have Geek squad come out to get it activated, only to have to reactivate it to get the phone to work. Then the LAN cable connection to my computer was supper slow and unstable. Finally had to LAN cable to a high speed WIFI extender and then LAN connect to my computers. Plus the little installation and setup booklet that came with it was next to worthless. Everything seems to be working now - BUT WHAT A PAIN!

I had to call Comcast for help to get it working, on Friday, although it was supposed to be easy. On Saturday, it dropped the connection to my desktop and I had to reconnect. On Sunday, so far, it has dropped the connection three times within 10 minutes. I NEVER had this problem with my rental Comcast modem/router. Already thinking I should have stuck with the Comcast version even if it did have rental fees every month.

I thought it was good but the signal drops often and I have to restart it almost every day. I'll do some more troubleshooting with the Geek Squad, but I'm so unhappy due to the cost of this unit. If I could, I'd exchange it for a Netgear Nighthawk and pay the cost difference, but it's too late. Maybe I can sell it to someone if the Geek Squad can't help me.

Has good features but I was having continual problems of not connecting to the internet. I thought there was something wrong with the unit so I returned it for another unit.

My old modem was not big enough and I thought I needed a new modem. This is what Xfinity reccomends but my internet is not any better.

Not sure what other are saying but the WiFi range is the worst I’ve ever seen. We have an 900 square foot condo and it loses all signal the moment you go to another room. You may think we have thick walls but that’s the complete opposite case. Paper thin walls and still cannot reach. It works great in the room it’s installed in but that’s it. I’ll unfortunately have to take this modem back and stick with my $14/ month Comcast modem where it at least works more than 10 feet away.

It gives a great signal for tv’s close to where it’s plugged in but tv’s further away it freezes the signal

Very satisfied with is product. The Wi-Fi reception in my home is excellent. Highly recommend
