It’s ok, I don’t Think it put out full internet coming to home

Had to return. Constant freezing where lights are all solid and internet connection drops. Even had Comcast tech come out to check all lines including the drop to the house. Nothing wrong with them. Everything pointed to this modem. Reactivated old Netgear C7100V modem. At least that one stays connected.

Maybe I got a dud. It works fine enough, but Comcast gives me up to 500, but the most I get out of this thing is 50. I've contacted Comcast, and they insist, after troubleshooting, that it's my Router. It's a shame because I paid quite a bit for this thing.

Tried to activate and was told this product belonged to someone else! Took back to exchange and there were no others available! Very disappointed in my shopping experience! Employees didn’t seem to care! I’m not sure what happened but it expected a bit more from your company!

It’s good for a small space but not for a medium size home

The router was easy to set up, however the wi-fi range was not adequate for my 3200 sq ft home. There was lack of wi-fi in spots and we had to reconnect to the internet on occasion to get back online.

This modem does not get the 1000 mbps Needs docsis 3.1

Wasn't able to use it at all. Needed to return it to Best Buy. Over the phone representative said that I couldn't return it. So the product was useless to me. If there is some way I can get my money back from this product that I can't use I would love it. Sincerely

Don’t waste your money! I previously had a net gear router and an arriso modem. Worked GREAT.. only reason I “upgraded” was because I got voice added to my Comcast service and my previous equipment didn’t support it. With this modem router combo my internet freezes when I stream videos or game on the PlayStation and it no longer reaches to the second floor. Save yourself the money!

While it's nice having a router and modem all in one unit, this thing was just super slow. I ended up returning it to get a modem and router separately and the speed was night and day.

This was ok for the first two weeks after that kept on losing connection with my wifi (Xfinity) Ended up returning because Motorola tech support could not even help.

Worked great until it stopped completely in just over a year. Warranty just passed and had to rent a modem from my provider. Sometimes you try to save money and it backfires. A bit disappointed.

Really disappointing; wish I had returned it. Should have kept my Xfinity modem/router.

This is an expensive piece of garbage. I bought it based on online reviews and it quit working after about three months. Just enough time for me to no longer be able to exchange it so it was a $200 piece of garbage.

It would work off and on. It would not work at 9 o'clock but by 10 it would work. It would do this all day long. I had to buy a replacement. I bought an ARRIS from Amazon because Best Buy would not help me with this purchase.

First couple of weeks it worked great, but now that I can't return it, it kicks me out at least 5 times a week and the picture on our TV while streaming is unwatchable. I had the Xfinity rental and this was supposed to be the replacement. Don't waste your money.

Although Xfinity states this product is compatible with its Internet network, it is NOT! It has intermittent internet access issues. I returned the producy and rented Xfinity modem/router. No more internet issues!!

Purchased product to prepare for internet service for online classes for kids and work for parents of household. We had service installed and were not receiving internet. Apparently the box was defective and we had to pay a full month of service we weren’t getting due to the box being defective and us thinking it was the service. Upon replacement of the unit, with a different brand product, we were getting internet with no problem. Disappointed due to the trust we had in Motorola.

Phone jack for xfinty voice didn’t work. We had thought it was xfinty side that was bad. When we tried to return it because was faulty I was told I could not get my money back even after explaining the situation. 2 year warranty that’s on the box is a joke takes so long and so many questions makes you give up.

The signal strength is low you will definitely need a WiFi extender unless you have a small house or apartment. I would take mine back but i’ve had it longer than 14 days.
