Had to replace after 6 months of operation. Router would randomly reset itself. Took weeks to determine it was the Router and not the modem or the cable company. Save yourself time and get a separate modem and router. Much more reliable and easier to diagnose if not combined.

Probably a great product if you dont use Xfinity wireless tv box such as Xi5 or Xi6. Unfortunately was not aware until after purchase.

Gave intermittent signal. Could never count on the Wi-Fi working when you need it.

Was told by Best Buy rep over the phone that this would be compatible with Cox Communications. It isn't so I had to go through the time and trouble of returning it. Can't really give it a rating cause I never got to use it. Best Buy didn't take that possibility into account when they set this review site up. So I had to give it 1 star because it made overall rating as a required field.

Reasoning for the low star...this modem was a "lemon" from the start, it wouldn't boot up...will give it one more try.

I got this a few months ago and after moving i realized its actually not my internet but this modem. The real speed is actually about half. Wish i could exchange or return but its been 14 days. Very dissapointed as i will end up spending double the rental cost would be.

This modem/router keeps dropping the internet. Also, the specific reason it was bought for was - to get the xfinity calling. However, the voice quality is quite bad.

This router is amazing! Best Buy, on the other hand, is horrible. They lied to me twice. They were completely unresponsive. They failed to deliver on their promise. They cost my business three days as a result. I have been a loyal customer to best buy for as long as I can remember. Amazon here I come.

Had it for one week and quit working. Worked fine on 5g but 2.4g quit

Don’t bother with it. It worked for a couple month then connection kept dropping and being slow. Best Buy won’t accept return due to past X amount of days and manufacturer wants all kinds of logistics send to them to verify if defective then they say everything looks fine.

My internet is intermittently working in my bedroom. Slow.

Poor customer service from Motorola. I contacted Motorola because I couldn’t keep a connection.. kept switching between 2g and 5g and losing connection. They couldn’t figure it out and asked that I return the unit for another. BB didn’t have any in stock so I went with a slightly more expensive reliable modem.

I've had nothing but problems with this router since I bought it. I have to reset it periodically, and it still freezes. Performance is really bad and customer support is worthless.

this is the second one in less than a year. total junk. don't buy. some of the lights have burned out, and it drops the internet alot.

Does not maintain speeds as advertised. Wifi Signal is very choppy and constantly drops entirely. I regret this purchase and too late for me to return.

Thankfully , BestBuy has no hassle returns ! This would not work for me right out of the box . The Blue-Ridge Cable tech couldn’t even get it to function - even after he called it in , their system couldn’t “see” it.

Sucked, it didn't work had 2 returned it after hrs on the ph wh internet carrier & manufacturer of product. Time I'll never fet back. Yuck!

Not sure why this didn't do the job. Ended up returning it for basically the same piece of equipment by Arris. Motorola was just giving me trouble from the moment I hooked it up.
