I Will never by another had it for about 2 days had to return it

not a good modem. Stop work in less than 6 months.

Works well. Easy set up. Product does as advertised

We needed a new router since we needed a land line. We saw this and thought ok let's try it. So I got it in store. It worked well for about 2 1/2 years and then it started to not connect to devices and the web pages too too long. So called the manufacturer and they ran me through somethings and they said it was bad. Thanks goodness I bought the service plan.

No question about it, definitely compatible with Xfinity…also get better speed than with X1 router. Furthermore, save $13-15/month on cable bill if anyone is interested for rental of Xfinity product

I’ve had this for a few weeks now and seems to be working great. Range is good all over house.

Purchased this from Best Buy. Item was shipped free overnight. Hooked up the modem with phone and with wired connection to my desktop and plugged it in. Opened web browser and it took me directly to Comcast screen. Signed in and everything worked as it should including the land line. Called Comcast just to make sure and found that the Modem was already registered. No adjustments need to be made on my end. Turned my Comcast equipment in at the store and my day was done. I also used the Motorola configuration manager to set up my wifi name and password which was easy. Also I did a Comcast speed test both wireless and wired and the speed was better than Comcast equipment. Good product. Fast delivery from Best Buy.

Great product super easy set up. All the lights are on the front. Fast and working router.

It is not as simple to install as it says. Still having problems with it kicking off line. The WiFi is good when working.

If you currently rent the Comcast gateway and would like to save $14.00 a month on your cable bill, this one is compatible with Comcast. Easy to set-up and gives me higher upload and download speeds then the unit I replaced. Very satisfied with purchase.

I was paying a monthly rental fee to a cable company to rent a modem. I replaced that modem with the modem purchased at Best Buy. I am saving $15 per month on my cable bill with no noticeable degradation in connection speed or quality of connection. I have 3 tv’s 2 phones and 3 tablets connected. The modem will eventually pay for itself.

Smartly designed with a small footprint and a great colored display is appreciated. However, we have had more than a few connectivity troubles, which sour our rating earning this Xfinity-approved modem a 4-star rating.

We were having streaming problems and tech people told us it could be the modem. We took a chance and a the recommended model by our salesman, went home and in 15 minutes the problem disappeared.
