My service was constantly dropping and I had to reboot daily. I tried to call customer service but was on hold for an hour and then told to call back later. I used the text feature and had numerous emails with customer service but they were not able to fix the problem. I’m very disappointed with the product and service. I won’t be buying another Motorola product.

Poor Performer

It is great for wifi and internet speed. When it come to devices that is connected by wifi it is lousy. the devices drop out randomly for 10 to 30 minutes. I have been working with motorola for weeks to resolve the dropouts. Now it it is to late to return to bestbuy so I am stuck with it cause motorola Keep trying to correct it instead of replacing it. They don't give money back.

Motorola customer service is non-existent in that they stopped responding to any emails to resolve my problems and their phone number never allowed you to speak to a human being.

Brand New Modem

My old modem only had I think 300 mbps . My ISP said I have 800mbps. Now I’m getting all the right speed needed. Great!!!

Having said that it is quite expensive, although priced comparable to similar routers on the market.

We have 1G internet through xfinity and wifi never got faster than 150MB. Had xfinity tech out to the house and he confirmed 1G speed at my outlet. Ethernet out of modem had good speed but wifi always was 150mb or less.

Look for something better this is not good

My opinion this is a big waste of money and time on this modem
