This product doesn’t work and customer service support is not good either. My service was constantly dropping and I had to reboot daily. I tried to call customer service but was on hold for an hour and then told to call back later. I used the text feature and had numerous emails with customer service but they were not able to fix the problem. I’m very disappointed with the product and service. I won’t be buying another Motorola product.

The modem is working as expected. Worth the money spent.

The MT8733 modem have given me trouble form the day I brought it. It is great for wifi and internet speed. When it come to devices that is connected by wifi it is lousy. the devices drop out randomly for 10 to 30 minutes. I have been working with motorola for weeks to resolve the dropouts. Now it it is to late to return to bestbuy so I am stuck with it cause motorola Keep trying to correct it instead of replacing it. They don't give money back.

Best modem for Xfinity. Can save not paying high price to rent

Terrible piece of equipment that drops devices for no apparent reason requiring a reset of the machine several times a week. Motorola customer service is non-existent in that they stopped responding to any emails to resolve my problems and their phone number never allowed you to speak to a human being.

I just recently purchased this modem, I’m loving it. It has 2000 mbps. My old modem only had I think 300 mbps . My ISP said I have 800mbps. Now I’m getting all the right speed needed. Great!!!

Finally something that's works well with comcast cable it has gotten out of hand price wise and they're not give and deal so bought this modem haven't had a problem love iy

Over priced. To big and bulky to fit in the access panel for the cable and internet which is in one of the closets.

A little pricey but works like a charm… I have replaced optimum rental router with this for a 1 gb plan

This product does everything one would need a high-speed router to do which also includes voice. Having said that it is quite expensive, although priced comparable to similar routers on the market.

Dont waste your money on this modem. We have 1G internet through xfinity and wifi never got faster than 150MB. Had xfinity tech out to the house and he confirmed 1G speed at my outlet. Ethernet out of modem had good speed but wifi always was 150mb or less.

Set up was easy, I had to call Comcast to send a signal. I was able to seamlessly configure device names in the app. Overall works well!

MT8733 is performing as expected. Speed delivering results higher than Xfinity gateway (Ethernet and Wi-Fi).

I will not buy again. Not worth the money. It constantly drops Wi-Fi. My alarm company calls everyday because my Wi-Fi has dropped. The app tells you that your device is offline and support is terrible.

Bought this modem a few months back and still having trouble with it, the internal router does not work well I have a genie garage opener and my nest thermostat, and dorr bell keep going on and off, spent money and bout good extenders and still having the same trouble. My opinion this is a big waste of money and time on this modem
