Q: Is it compatible with Verizon FIOS?
A: As far as I know Motorola MT8733 is only certified for Xfinity/Comcast.
Q: I have Xfinity pods for wifi. Are they compatible if not what pod are recommended
A: I believe pods run on a mesh system, it appears this unit does not support a mesh. Also key note, just because a new modem/router has a mesh doesnt mean the pods will work either.
Q: is this compatible with spectrum
A: According to Spectrum, no it is NOT compatible with any of their internet plans.
Q: When will this product be in stock. Motorola DOCSIS 3.1MT8733
A: its instock on motorola's website motomanage
Q: can I connect my wireless printer
A: Yes, works with my Epson Wi-Fi printer seamlessly.
Q: How large an area does this modem/wifi router support. I need at least 5000 feet upstairs and down
A: So we had some massive issues with the first one we purchased the length of range was so bad even just going downstairs in mind to our house is only 4500 ft.². We were in constant communication with the manufacturer who was responsive. We try to troubleshoot this thing for days and days. Finally they asked us to ship it back but we had to pay the shipping and they sent us a new one and that seemed to work. Perhaps we just got a faulty one but there’s always customer support if it doesn’t work for you.
Q: Can I wire my nighthawk RAX120 router to this without issues?
A: Yes, Routers can be interconnected as long as you don't assign the IP addresses or subnets to the new router that are used by the existing router. You can connect it wirelessly or by wire to your existing router.
Q: Does this router have 2.4 and 5.0 GH?
A: Yes. If you dont need voice id look for a different brand. Wifi is aweful
