I will not buy again. Not worth the money. It constantly drops Wi-Fi. My alarm company calls everyday because my Wi-Fi has dropped. The app tells you that your device is offline and support is terrible.

Had to call to get Xfinity to activate this modem/router. That was by far the most cumbersome part. Once activated set up was a breeze.

This is the worst Router i ever purchased. I have had nothing but trouble with it. I never make it more than 24 hours without having to unplug it so it can reboot.
I am going to try and return it and rent one from xfinity.

Does not carry wi-fi signal as expected. Signal was weak throughout the house. Thought for the price it would carry a signal equivalent to an xfinity modem but it did not.

I was very disappointed once I finally got the correct item sent. I was expecting a much heavier-duty router modem comparable to my Netgear Nighthawk. Instead, a small lightweight cheap boxy looking item arrived. The silver Motorola logo was barely hanging on the front as well as having scratch marks on the front. This wasn't what I expected after paying over $400. I returned it. I'll stick with Netgear.

I would NOT buy this again. Within a few weeks of using, I had to restart it 1-2x per week and then after a few more weeks it stopped working entirely.

Expensive device that performs very well for Xfinity (Comcast) customers with triple play subscriptions (Internet, TV, & landline phone). Reduced my monthly bill by $15/month versus renting their equipment, so it'll take 3 years to pay for itself.

I am trying to understand all the great reviews. Makes no sense. This is second modem upgrading also motorola but 3.0 doxis. Wi fi is terrible cuts in and out. Second one a little faster yet wifi still the same. Added mesh extender yet still cuts in and out. If you try to call for tech support you are referred to a different phone number and it happens to be an unrelated business complaing of to many phone calls for motorola. As this is one of the only modems that offer voice kind of stuck with for now. 35 feet is maximum of wifi range then it cuts out. I would not recommend purchasing this modem. Tech support only offered by email. Even Best buy tried to reach out and they could not contact them either. Yet they carry this modem and have no point of contact.
