Bad Router

I have had nothing but trouble with it. I never make it more than 24 hours without having to unplug it so it can reboot. I am going to try and return it and rent one from xfinity.

Weak Signal for an Xfinity Replacement

Signal was weak throughout the house. Thought for the price it would carry a signal equivalent to an xfinity modem but it did not.

Not worth the cost

I was expecting a much heavier-duty router modem comparable to my Netgear Nighthawk. Instead, a small lightweight cheap boxy looking item arrived. The silver Motorola logo was barely hanging on the front as well as having scratch marks on the front. This wasn't what I expected after paying over $400. I returned it. I'll stick with Netgear.

Connection issues

Terrible

Not reliable not robust

Great device but a little expensive.

Reduced my monthly bill by $15/month versus renting their equipment, so it'll take 3 years to pay for itself.

Poor wifi and poor speed

Makes no sense. This is second modem upgrading also motorola but 3.0 doxis. Wi fi is terrible cuts in and out. Second one a little faster yet wifi still the same. Added mesh extender yet still cuts in and out. If you try to call for tech support you are referred to a different phone number and it happens to be an unrelated business complaing of to many phone calls for motorola. As this is one of the only modems that offer voice kind of stuck with for now. 35 feet is maximum of wifi range then it cuts out. I would not recommend purchasing this modem. Tech support only offered by email. Even Best buy tried to reach out and they could not contact them either. Yet they carry this modem and have no point of contact.

Didn't meet my expectations...

Easy setup however unlike the Nighthawk and also the Xfinity rental model I used for a few weeks I got no WiFi from the upstairs office down to the master bedroom and dining room on the main floor. I returned the unit in leiu of a seperate modem and mesh router system,
