Wireless basically doesn't work. MSI just says to install updated driver and use different wireless router. NOPE. AVOID all MSI Products in the future.

Speakers broke within days. Twice.

I got this computer and I immediately noticed a terrible static noise whenever the speakers were in use for music, youtube, games, whatever... I spent hours trying to fix it and eventually decided to take it back to the store. They agreed that the speakers were broken and since it was within the return period and I though it was simply a defective model, I exchanged it for another of the same laptop. At first the speakers of the new laptop were fine but within a couple days the problem returned and now all my audio sounds terrible. My best guess is that some of the music that I listen to just happened to be the magic frequency to break the speakers (I never even had the volume up very high).

Bad speakers

Awful laptop

I run games better with my old laptop that has a 965m video card. Every single game I play chokes and stutters at regular intervals of every 30 seconds to a minute, like a severe stutter that is super jarring especially when voice acting is happening. Awful and I've tried endless fixes to no avail. Returning this piece of garbage
