Replaced 8 port switch with the Netgear 16 port switch. Simple installed. Remove old switch, plug in new switch. Works fine, no problems.

If you need an unmanaged switch with plenty of ports, this is the one to get. Only complaint is that power cord should plug in on same side as Ethernet ports.

This does exactly what it says and just works my only complaint would be the footprint it too long, stack the ports to save the space. otherwise a great product
