This is a fast network switch with the ports being gigabit ports.

This is the second time we have used this product. We know that our first Netgear 16-Port 10/100/1000 has been doing great for more than ten years. So now, we have set up another network with an identical unmanaged switch, and yes, the new one is doing great also.

Easy to set up, has plenty of ports and a trusted brand.

This performed perfectly but we needed power for an access point.(POE)

My home is prewired with each room having ethernet ports. My prior switch was smaller so I could not use all ports. I was going to purchase a 16 port switch a couple of years ago, but the size was too large to fit into my master control box. This unit fits well and works great and was simple to install.

I've always been pleased with Netgear products and this one is no different. It was on sale, included free delivery, and is a rock solid network switch. I swapped out an 8-port Netgear switch for this one since the old one had run out of ports.

Sometimes there just aren't enough ports. Excellent product!

We bought this switch so that we could plug it all in and get up and running with no additional configuration. This was exactly what we needed. Great product at a great price.

This NETGEAR 16 PORT SWITCH replaced a 8 port switch thus giving me extra space for future growth. It was a great price and it’s sleek design takes up little space. Even though I don’t run a network, which it could, it will allow me the capability to expand my “smart home”! I am glad I made this purchase!
