I got tired of paying my cable company a monthly fee for leasing their modem and finally decided to get one of my own. After reviewing multiple modem, I settled on this Netgear modem. Installation was a breeze and it works great!

It's very lightweight and the hookup was pretty simple and easy. My ISP helped with getting it set up & running with my WiFi router. I haven't had any problems and my internet runs a lot faster with no buffering, which makes everyone in the home happy!!

Rated 5 stars for its budget friendly price, and also it’s ability to match and sometimes go over my in laws 100mbps internet speeds with spectrum. Solid buy for a budget option.

I bought this as a total upgrade of my modem and router. I had no installation problems with the Netgear Docsis 3.0 (make sure to read and follow directions is all). The modem works great at new increased download speeds also. Excellent modem

I was trying to WFH when my modem went out! Thank goodness Best Buys had a replacement. This modem was reasonable priced and was easy to swap with the old one. I was back to WFH in no time!

This cable modem installed with no problem and was very easy to set up. It has been working flawlessly and the performance is as expected. It probably has more capabilities than I am currently using so it is an investment in the future for me.

I got this to replace mine that fried in a lightening storm, great product, speed and reliability

Set-up was very easy, though I did have to call my ISP to give them the MAC and authorize the new router. It has been running for about a month now with no hassles. Speeds are good and I have not noticed any downtime or technical issues.

Very easy to set-up. Just plugged it in and after a short time, it was up and running. Have not had any problems in the first month that I have been using it. Saves $$$ instead of renting a modem from the cable company.

does EXACTLY what it was designed to do without an issue. Its not ridiculously expensive like some other ones out there. I have my whole house set up with smart devices and gaming systems and this can handle the load.

I'm not sure what one looks for in a modem but given as this has served me without fail and paired with my three year old netgear router without a problem I'll say I'm satisfied. Sorry couldn't be more technical, but bottom line is it works and works well, which is the most important thing

This Netgear Modem arrived promptly, installed easily, and works perfectly. I needed it because my former Zoom modem was no longer supported by Comcast/Xfinity.

Straight connection to Ethernet gives fast connect compatible with Cox. Looks great and is stealthy, indicator lights not too bright. Runs a bit hot. -Occasionally does not connect after a computer restart, must unplug and plug back in Otherwise great!

I was very happy with this purchase. I was looking for a small powerful modem and I found it in the Netgear docsis 3.0. I purchased this along with the nightwahk router from the same company and all my home network problems were solved.

I needed to upgrade my modem for Comcast internet service. I purchased the Netgear since it was compatible with Comacast internet. The dowload and upload time has improved and the amount of data allowed for my household increased too. Plus it doesn't take up very much space on my desk.

I ordered via website for delivery. Delivery was delayed several days with no explanation. Once received, it was very easy to set-up and has been operating as expected.

I needed to upgrade my modem to take advantage of my internet speed. This modem has made my computer operate much faster, while eliminating screen lock ups. Easy setup and a call to my internet provider and I was up and running.
