This modem is a no brainer. great value

This isn't any faster based on other issues such as the quaility of the down stream etc. I just hooked it up, called my cable company and gave them the MAC Address. It was up and running in five minutes!

Great investment

I called the phone number in the instructions and a tech rep walked me through setting up this modem in about 5 minutes. Ran the same speed test again and got 520!! and my T-W bill dropped by $8 (returned the old modem) I physically noticed the speed improvement.

Even though it stated on the box it was spectrum approved, spectrum stated they could not connect with provided MAC ID number. Exchanged for proper unit, no problems since.
