Compatible with our Cox Business Internet Account

Ultimately we purchased, and successfully installed, a Netgear CM500 cable modem plus a Netgear Wireless Router Model R8000 and are satisfied with both.

I wish I knew that before I purchased. Modem still goes out of service every once in awhile and I have to reset it to reboot.

Great cheap modem!

It has support for DOCSIS 3.0 and saves me $10/month so after a few months this will have paid itself off!
