Amazing product, would buy again!

Have had 0 issues since my purchase and hope it stays that way until internet in the USA finally catches up with the rest of the world and I can get actual 20 1st century speeds.

Netgear CM500 Modem

Not as effective as new modem/router from Comcast

Wanted Comcast service in the event of any problems and they would not cover issues that they may say is caused by another vendor's product. Buy only if you can accept these service restraints.

NETGEAR makes excellent routers

Chose to replace it with a NETGEAR product because I've always gotten good service from their products.

It's a modem.

There was no manual with the modem, so unless you know what the pictographs mean you're flying blind. The bottom light constantly flashes red, which NetGear tells me is normal.

Great Modem

Talked with a guy for 30 minutes whom was very helpful at the Appleton store. Went with this and a gaming router to fit all of our needs.
