I bought this because I returned the cheaper NetGear one due to incompatibility to my internet speed. Since buying this modem, I have stable connection and works good without any issues. I wanted to drop a star because it is expensive.

This is a very nice and sleek design for a modem but since I bought this device about a year ago and paired it with the google nest mesh wifi router system I’ve had a lot of connectivity issues with all of my devices.

This was a Christmas gift for my teenage son. He is very happy with it. This product was recommended to me in the store by a Best Buy associate who said this mouse would be good for computer gaming. He seems to have steered me in the right direction.

Caught it on sale. Very dependable and worthy. Have cable hookup along with wifi interface. Better than renting it from the cable company. Recommend the protection plan if using it a lot. Best Buy protection is the best!

I purchased this modem to save on my bill with Time Warner cable. When Best Buy did a price match, I only paid about 7 months worth of what Time Warner would have charged me just for renting one from them! I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Better channel bonding, faster lock, and better overall connection for multiple devices. A must-buy to replace any given rental modem, just add a good wireless router and you're golden.

This works reasonably well and was fairly easy to set up. However, I find that I lose my internet connection from time to time. Not too happy with that. So far, rebooting the modem fixes the problem. I wouldn't recommend for or against this particular cable modem, due to this issue.

My cable company charges a monthly rent for their modem/router. I got this, and it works great. It will pay for itself in a very short time, because I no longer have to pay that stinking modem rent. THANK YOU BEST BUY and NETGEAR!!!!

Reliable product - very few issues with it in the last 3 years

Bought this to replace the unit I was renting from Cox and it works perfectly. Equipment fees are high and it was like I was buying one every year anyway, pulled the trigger, had it set up and it was a super easy switch.

This modem replaces a dead Zoom modem. Both the old modem and this one are rated DOCIS 3 compatible. But my strong impression is that my internet responsiveness is noticeably improved compared to my experience with the Zoom modem when it was functioning properly. Web pages clearly load faster.

I think it matters more what kind of router you use with this; specs seem fairly basic. I only got this due to limited options for time warner but no complaints. I coupled it with a NightHawk AC router and had a great experience so far

I purchased this router for a dedicated connection to a tv room in a large apartment building. It works very well with no signal loss. I've always purchased Netgear products as they are very reliable and this one didn't disappoint.

Wonderful modem! Powers the whole house no problem! We usually run two gaming systems and surf the internet on our phones and have no complaints regarding connectivity!

My boyfriend actually researched and picked the router and modem but I have to say it makes a huge difference compared to the one I've had in the past, which had slow speeds and I had to constantly restart. Would definitely buy again!

I read several reviews on several different modems before I decided to buy this one. I stream all my tv shows and movies so I needed something that could handle the data package from my provider and this unit does not disappoint.

Seems like every year or two you have to replace your modem to keep up with whatever changes they’ve made with your Internet service provider. Seems to work about as well as the service you subscribe to.
