Works great with mediacom. I really like the lights. They're nice and dim. You can see them if you want to but they 're not flashing in your face all the time.

I bought this modem to replace my DSL modem when we moved to a neighborhood serviced only by Comcast. So far the modem has met my expectations and has remained stable and functional, with no reboots required in the first six weeks of use. I'm happy with my purchase.

Modem runs great and handles multiple electronics using the wifi. Did have issues setting it up and had to spend a decent amount of time with customer service (who were not very pleasant). Once they finally got it unlocked for use things ran smoothly.

Good modem. Works for Xfinity internet. But i had to call Xfinity for them to add the modem address on their back end. Seems like a very fast modem.

I purchased the modem to increase reliability, but I haven't notice any difference in reliability. Not sure if it's because of Cox Comm signal.

Great product, it provides an excellent source for my new router, and fits very well in with other equipment. Replacement to a previous modem and walks cicrles around the ATT modem that I once had. No more rent, I own.

I found this modem on Time Warner's approved modem list. I was expecting problems activating it but was on with tech support very briefly. I'm getting over 200 mps consistently and no longer paying $10 a month to rent.

Have had for 2 weeks. It was a struggle to get it registered and it was unclear how to get it talking to my wifi, but now that it is set up I have had uninterrupted internet for the first time in years.

Modem is small but mighty. Works as good as larger modems.

Great modem. Works really well and does what it needs to do. Wanted something that did not have the router built-in since I use Orbi. Use with Spectrum.

Had a modern thru our cable provider we were not happy with and decided to change. Have been very happy with this one, no issues!

The nether cm500-100nas cable modem has been a great choice in data transfer of information to my router and computers. Would get this if you want to stop paying for monthly rental on a cable modem from your provider.

Not sure what to say. Opened the box, called Comcast and it was set up. Easy enough to do and now I don't have to pay Comcast for their product.

Got this and a wireless router. I hated getting two pieces of equipment versus the two-in-one option but the sales guy was insistent. Plus, I don't know if it's the equipment or the new service, but I am tired of the lagging and the constant rebooting of the new equipment.

I needed a higher speed modem since my family were doing several zoom meetings and working from home. I purchased this modem since it was compatible with Spectrum. After several attempts the Spectrum Support confirmed the modem was dead. It was a waste of time, go with Arris, little more money, its worth it.

This modem has performed very well for me with no issues at all after setup. The app you must install to register this is not very good. It took multiple attempts to get the app to recognize the modem, but no complaints after that!

Nothing really special about The product. Thisis a router. I only bought it to keep stop to stop the cable company from calling me to upgrade but it was simple to set up and activate. So far no problems.

16 devoted download channels allows for seamless gaming and HD video streaming. I recommend this for anyone trying to get out of the monthly grips Time Warner (now Spectrum...same nonsense/different name).
