It will not work on spectrum even though it says it will on the bix I tried to get it to work but spectrum will not guarantee the product to work

Got spam emails after first transaction with Best Buy asking for more money to the Geek Squad contract. Also the driver only had a 50 ft cable in his truck so I needed to return to the store to get my money back and purchase a 25 ft cable. Geek Squad did get my computer re-working upstairs for which I'm grateful. I don't know if I really needed this one year contract but I have it now.

For the performance and reliability of this modem, and the fact that it pays for itself, kinda makes it a no brainer.

We just upgraded our modem from the cheap one that Vivint gave us. We had no idea how slow the other one was! We were definitely missing out. Excellent product!

Don’t buy this if you don’t use more than 100mps internet cause it doesn’t make any sense.

I like this product. I used other product previously but now I have been switched to Netgear product including router. It is very consistent.

My previous modem took a dump. I purchased this modem by netgear plugged it in and called my service provider and bam. Simple as can be

So far so good as an upgrade to an old cable modem. Got a slight boost in DL speed. UL is about the same. Set up was straightforward but did require a call to Xfinity customer service.

You have to call them to add this modem to your account. After that it should be ready to use.

It’s better to own your modem rather than rent it through your cable company. Easy to set up too.

has been super reliable compared to my old modem. if you need something that works for your modest connection (don't get this if you pay for really high speed internet) then this is more than good enough. i pay for 300 mb/s speeds and i get every little mega bit consistently.

Seriously tho, if u r havin problems with xfinity, send them their stuff back and use this

It was a good modem replacement. Works for what it was meant for.

Nothing special just replaced the old one. We’ll see after this stay at home stuff when everyone is not always on the internet.

Bought the cable modem so that I wouldn't have to pay Comcast's equipment rental fees. Definitely worth the cost.

This is our 3rd identical modem. The previous two lasted about 2.5 - 3 years. I think this is reasonable for a modem so I'm sticking with this brand and model.
