    I had sucker on my forehead when I asked for the Best buy associate to help me. He oversold me on what I needed (router and modem). I had a hard time getting it hooked up and spent 2 hours on the phone with cox technical services. They said it usually isn't hard to hook up (maybe just my luck). I didn't see any improvement and actually had more buffering than before. I even upgraded my internet speed.
