    upgraded modem due to isp upgrade. got new router as well as this modem runs ac but old router was n type. went thru 2 routers that both had serious issues communicating with it and kept losing internet connection. couldnt resolve if it was this unit, the signal, or the routers but took it and routers back. i went with a 2-in-1 unit instead and havent had problem (yet)
