I think this has been the cause of a lot of our slow internet but hard to tells sometimes if its the modem or the provider. Thinking we will need to upgrade soon.

Doesn't work with any reasonable speeds due to Com

The old modem burned out from an electrical storm. Those gremlins from Comcast would love to rent out a modem with reoccurring costs. NOT IN MY AMERICA

Check for compatibility before purchasing not all brands work with all cable companies! I had to return it

It's small and was automatic install. I am more concerned over the location I have to use because of Cable install.

Couldn't get it to work

Tried for a few hours and couldn't get it; my son tried for a few hours more and still couldn't either. Returned. It may work for others but didn't for us.

Great Modem Unit- Works perfectly with RCN!

Don't be fooled if your Cable company starts telling you how you need DOCSIS 3.1 for higher speeds. Those speed limits are far above what your actual internet service provides anyway. It's usually a upsell gimmick.
