Did not work with Spectrum
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The rating is solely based on the aspect that it says it works with Spectrum - It's on Spectrum's list of approved modems and when we bought it and had it installed professionally by Spectrum they said it still was not a compatible modem. This is absolutely insane. So never got to test how well it works and then to top it off Best Buy will now only give me "store credit" for which I have no need of because we just had to use a Spectrum provided modem. Seriously irritating.
