Good for inside the house

Has a shelf life

Recently it no longer outputs the correct Mbps, and brings our speeds to a crawl. It needs to be constantly reset in order to get the correct Mbps. This is not a fault of our service provider. While it worked fine for 1.5 years, there seems to be no reason why a modem cannot last significantly longer. We need a replacement, and will likely not go back to this brand unless newer models are made with better parts.

Great cable modem for home office usage

Much much better than my previous device ARRIS SURFboard. Basically, I don't need to restart it at all. Several times I thought the issue was related to the device, but each time it was on the Xfinity side.

Seems Ok

Good modem, easy hookup.

Easy to hook up, and pair with a separate router. If you don't want to spend big bucks, this will get the job done.

Modem replacement

They were having trouble staying connected to wifi. So far no more connection problems. Comcast didn't like the idea of using this instead of theirs which they charge extra for.

Works Great - When it Works!

It seems to overheat very easily, and when it does, you lose your connection. Is this normal? Is this a flawed unit? I don't know. When I restart it, it will work again for a while until it overheats again. If you are able to point a fan at your modem, it will probably work great.
