okay product with easy set up

We have had to move it around the house in an attempt to get better reception around the house. It still seems to loose connecton and spends a lot of time "thinking" about doing the job we purchased it for.

Don’t waste your money

Customer service said oh that’s strange and I got transferred to several people and then put on hold forever. I guess I bought a defective product. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this item unless they want to waste their money.
