Great when it works

Piece of junk

The one star comes from the fact that I owned this thing for 13 months. It was only in use for 6 months, as it was installed in my winter home in FL. After 6 months of use, it died. In my book, electronic productss that only work for 6 months are junk, this included. Should have bought the BestBuy warranty.

Wrong router for my needs

Died after 3 months

A week outside Best Buy return window, and 3 days outside NetGear phone support window. I don't have time to wait around and ship it off to get fixed under warranty, so I'm buying a new one (Motorolla) in the meantime. Will sell this piece of crap online after NetGear ships it back to me.

I attempted to return to Best Buy and they did not accept the return saying it was past the return date.

We got advice from the BestBuy rep and it wasn’t what we needed. We brought it back and it was past the two week window of return. Just unhappy with that part. No idea if this is a good product. It wasn’t what I needed but four week later later was too late.
