    Really poor design. Solid with two small vents that dont allow proper airflow. Even sitting on top of a small fan it gets hot enough that it stops working. Will be returning.

    Stopped working after just a few months. Upload speed is almost down to 0 most of the time now. Download speed is half of what I pay my internet provider for. Can't even get my money back. Would not recommend wasting your money on this product.

    This was the worst thing I have bought so far. I spent 4 hours on the phone with Netgear Tech support because it was not working and they could not get it to work. I returned it the same day. I will never buy Netgear products again.

    Didn’t reach full speeds I was paying for even though they were within it’s provided range. Also had bad connectivity. Long story short, I have to spend twice as much not even a year later bc it was so bad I couldn’t use it for basic functions

    Coming from someone who is tech savvy, this was an absolute pain to set up. Didn’t really deliver the speeds we needed so returned it ASAP. doesn't stand up right because the plastic is so light and cheap.

    Easy to set up, but Internet kept cutting out after purchasing this. Ended up returning it. Small thing that I didn’t like were the low levels of light emanating from the signals. Sometimes I couldn’t tell if all the lights were on if there was a problem.

    Figured out that basically Comcast/xfinity can use this device to limit what and how many streaming devices you can use. Just beware that you can't just plug in your wifi or streaming devices and be good to go.

    Bought it thinking getting a good deal but within less then a month the modem started acting up and randomly stop up streaming. Had Internet provider check my connections and everything near perfect on their end. Definitely taking back and getting a different brand or model

    The router keeps getting disconnected from wifi, even after repeated reinstalls. Finally got fed up and returned it.

    This device only last me about 7 month,then start over heat then disconnect my internet,it will connect back in after cools off a littlebit.

    No built-in Wifi

    Wifi is not built in. It did not work for my needs. I do not have an interest in having my modem and wireless router separated as two devices. I prefer them as one compact unit. I returned it the same day and bought a different unit.

    Was a basic call Comcast say I have my own modem and they activate it to my account. 3 days later and a total of 3 hours on the phone with tech support. I just returned it and had them reactivate my old leased Comcast modem.

    This modem just sucks!!! I even had Spectrum come in to help me out too and it still didn't work. It was not receiving internet and wifi so don't buy unless you want to give it a try
