This modem was virtually plug and play. Simple to install and set-up. I haven't had it long, but I'm extremely satisfied with the product so far.

Easy modem to set up with my ISP and immediately got my speeds to where they should have been!

Stable, advertised speeds, fairly small, runs pretty cool. Overall pleased with the purchase and got a good deal to boot.

I had major computer issues and Comcast told me I needed a new router first and I bought that and that wasn't the problem so I fot a new modem and wanted the arris surfboard since that's what I always get cuz they r awesome and great but I was reading reviews on them and from apple and apparently apple and surfboards butt heads and don't get along so I'm trying this netgear and so far it works great. I never knew that these 2 products don't work well together until I did research. So I'm trying out this netgear modem and so far so good. Haven't had it long but good so far. Didn't need the new router like Comcast said I did.

I can't believe how easy it was to use. Saved be 14.00 dollars a month on my cable bill.

I have had no issues with this modem so far and is working well. It was easy to set up and works with Comcast and was easy to set up.

Have purchased other brands before but the sales person to Best Buy highly recommended this one. Installed easily and so far has been performing as indicated it would.

I've previously used an SB6141 and an SB6121 but I've never used another cable modem that works as well as this one. The lights on the front are easy to see, but they won't blind you. Comcast doesn't seem to want to rate consumer (3rd party) cable modems very highly. I guess they want you to rent one from Comcast. I've done that but I wouldn't recommend it. I'll be saving money with this purchase before one year is up. What a deal: a better modem, a better internet experience, and lower cost. It's a no-brainer!

Got the modem for Mediacom service and I've had nothing but good things to say about it. It gets us at and above our speeds all the time, and hasn't had an outage at all since we've had it. Something I can't say about the previous modem we received from mediacom themselves. Highly recommend, plus you save $10 a month!

Kept internet speeds up to my expectations, pairs well with the Netgear Nighthawk.

Great little modem, east to connect etc. Price is great compared to renting one from the cable company - it pays for itself.

Almost five stars if it wasn’t for some of the complexity of getting it to run with the Comcast service. It is not as straightforward as it says in the manual. I had to interact with tech support at Comcast to get it running. Once is setup it was blazing fast and the best part I don’t have to manage the Xfinity modem. This works great with my Google’s Nest wifi mesh network.

Easy to install , Excellent speeds , i have had no issues with this, saves me 10$ each month ;-)

Works perfect with my Grande internet service and now I no longer have to pay monthly rental fees to use their unit. Configuration on my end was simple, I just plugged the power in to the modem, attached the coax from Grande and an ethernet cable to my wireless router. A quick call to Grande and they set it up from their end and everything has been working perfect ever since.

It was easy to setup and the price was great. Works better than the one I had before.

My old router pooped out. This was a great buy. With an easy installation and set up, I'm clocking 121 down with 10 up.
