New out of box didn't work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Opened up new right out of the box and plugged it in and it didn't work. Best Buy wouldn't take it back, so had to get a replacement mailed to me from Netgear. Took 4 days to get a replacement. The new one works fine, but if I was able to get a refund I would've chosen a different modem. The new one works fine, but it was quite a hassle to get a replacement.
