This has been a good modem and works with local Mediacom and Suddenlink service. Although it’s not the fastest, I’m guaranteed 200mbps service. Saves a bundle when you quit renting the really bad Cisco modems. I’m getting 30% over advertised speeds but each service is different.

Been using it for a month and so far no problems, easy to install and fast!

In order to get the google WiFi upgrade I purchase this modem a recommendation from the geek squad tech , this modem replace the modem that I got from spectrum last year and I’m probably saving a few dollars on my spectrum bill by returning it, so far is working fine no problems , the modem was install in my den close to my computer and my tv room .

Good modem works great with my wireless router. Had no problems with it. Hooked right up!

had some initial difficulty setting up this modem with Comcast but totally due to Comcast's procedures. after a 2 hour phone call all was resolved and modem has worked great for the last couple weeks. Direct connected speeds are just under what is advertised but most likely due to old wiring coming to the house.

Had no issues setting it up. Works very well and is a much better option than renting a modem from the cable provider.

I had updated my cable modem when the family started using a Roku on one TV and an Amazon FireStick on another, but was unhappy with the results. I went looking for the Netgear CM500. Now SamKnows reports that my downstream throughput averages 76.92Mbps over a month. Latency, which had been a problem now averaged only 19.87ms (17.95ms-45.01ms) over the same month. I and my family are quite pleased.

Works great with my cable provider and is fast. It was priced reasonably and easy to set up.

I bought this to replace my BH all in one modem. After many techs had been out checking everything saying it wasnt their equipment it was my work gateway i had given up. After buying this modem and a router i have had not one issue, speeds seem faster, and at night i can actually stream movies from VUDU in my bedroom. Thank you everyone at bestbuy who helped me track down the equipment i wanted.

Thanks to the sales person in the store that I could buy this product. The explanation was so good that I could easily make up my mind if that was what I wanted to buy. It is definitely performing like he explained for my kinda use. I run 3 smartphones, 1 tablet, 1 laptop and a smart TV with absolutely no hassles what so ever.

Had to purchase a modem as I moved from Verizon Fios to Time Warner Cable. After reading several reviews, and after talking to TWC tech I purchased this modem. So far this is a great buy. no rental fees,and this modem is really fast. so far no drops of the internet. i get the speed I'm supposed to, and very happy with the modem. I have not had to restart the modem. Highly recommend to any cable users.
