no problems, easy set up, gets good speeds, no issues at all

This modem performs well and is reliable. We have had no issues in the 3 weeks we have used it. It was recommended by the Best Buy sales agent in store. The sales agents seemed to know what brands/products get returned and what customers either raved or complained about. FYI, it helped me to talk with them and get their input about the things we were purchasing, like this modem.

I'm taking this Netgear modem up because the $129 Motorola modem and kept dropping the signal even though I was the top-of-the-line product it just didn't consistently whole signal I was sometimes to be 180 MB sometimes it would be 2mb so I gave up on him and his wrist out for this Netgear so far the Netgear can match the same speeds and it doesn't seem to have the drop off and I'm happy with my modem

I made sure to do some researching online to make sure this was compatible with Comcast. Much better than the cable modems you end up renting at $10/m now. In less than a year you'll break even and enjoy a the fast uploads and downloads. I could see this possibly having some issues if you have a bigger family all having devices online, but so far I have yet to really see this get phased.

1st off, I wanted something competively priced, and Best Buy price-matched w/o batting an eye lash. The set-up was super-easy, and it is perfect for my 600 mbps. plan. It has been able to handle the bandwidth, and I have yet to have a single issue (no re-booting necessary or bump-offs).

After I started having issues with my old modem I decided to purchase a new one and couldn't have made a better choice. Setting up this modem was very easy, just plug it in and then open your xfinity account to activate it, that's it. Performance, so far, have been excellent and I'm getting a little over the speed I'm paying for.

Pros: Great shape and very sturdy nice looking equipment. Easy to setup and works really fast after the device is connected. Cons: Nothing has come up yet. *It's a great and a reliable equipment with all the excellent features.

I recently purchased this to replace my 3 year old modem that stopped working. I was a little upset because the old one was working fine but once I installed this new one and got it up and running, I was very pleased with the results. Fair price, great connection and it has yet to give me any problems. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone.
